Rebecca was introduced to me by my Accountant, and I presented her with a task to find two properties both with a very different brief. The first was for a family holiday Unit in the Caloundra area, I really wanted Moffat Beach. I was looking for an apartment but on one outing to look at properties Rebecca suggested looking at a house that was in a very good street in Moffat Beach. I was a little bit sceptical as I didn’t want a house. We looked and it was perfect, and Rebecca did some amazing negotiations, and we are now enjoying time in our beach home. The second brief was for an investment property for my Super Fund. Rebecca only showed me properties in good areas that would rent well and were well presented. The property we decided on was in Nudgee and fitted all the criteria we needed. Again, Rebecca did some great negotiations to get it at the price I wanted to pay. My whole family enjoyed the adventure to find the properties and Rebecca was so friendly and thoughtful and caring during that time.
